Start - War Memorial, Working Mens Club, West Street, DN20 9NY

   Leave the War Memorial Club, turn right along West Street.

   Cross the Main road carefully go ahead along Church Street then into Barnside.

   Turn right into Beckside. Continue with the old millstream on your right. Join the footpath, cross a field diagonally right, then follow the right edge of the next field. Cross one more field to Catchwater Drain, keeping it on your right to the lane.

   Turn right into Carr Lane.

   Just after passing a poultry farm on your left, turn right along a green lane with a deep drain on your right "Low Drain".

   On reaching the surfaced road at a bend, turn right into Ings Lane.

   Just before the church, turn left into East Street following it round to the main road.

   Turn right and cross the main road, turn left into West Street and return to the War Memorial Club.
