Start - Holmes and Gardens Garden Centre, Belton Road, DN9 1JL

1Leave car park through main exit, turn right, cross A161, heading out of Epworth up hill.

2Turn left at the 3rd signpost toward the windmill. Follow bends. At the crossroads, go straight past the Ellers Field info board. Keep left at the fork, turn right with houses on your left. Continue to the T-junction and turn left to West End Road.

3Turn left along West End Road, cross road, at wooden public footpath sign turn right, continue along track.

4At ditch turn right and continue along same track.

5Turn left at wooden sign (hedge will be on left) Continue straight on, exit next to metal gate onto lane passing Sandhill Farm on right.

6Turn left at bend in lane, continue along lane with Epworth Turbary nature reserve on right, ditch on left.

7At end of lane when meet the road turn right, carefully walk along road for 100 yards.

8At the bend, turn left onto Turbary Road. Continue along the lane, cross a wooden footbridge at the bend, and follow the public footpath. Cross another field and bridge, go under a disused railway bridge, and follow bends around fields back to Epworth.

9Turn right behind houses to leisure centre. Left with school field on right. Pass Epworth Primary, left at footpath sign. Right on Studcross, continue via Fieldside & Battlegreen. Right on Station Rd, left on Tottermire Ln to Garden Centre.
