Bottesford Beck North

Start - Public parking at Café Natura, DN16 3TS

  Enter Bottesford Beck through access gates with Cafe Natura to your left. Take the path straight ahead and follow alongsde the water.

  As you near Holme Lane, cross carefully and bear right to rejoin the path beside the beck. After a seat, optional exits lead to Winchester Drive and then Redwood Court. Continue along the Beckside path.

  At the end of a belt of trees another exit leads to Olive Drive, but continue straight along the beckside path, on the far bank is the tree lined Holme Hall Golf course, on our left we pass a row of polar trees.

  The grit path bears left alongside a road and near a roundabout a wide path leads ahead. Go through the metal gate, the housing to the left is on Whimbrel Chase.

  Turn right onto a wide grassy path and proceed to the Beck, turn right along a narrower grassy beckside path, you soon arrive back at point 4. Retrace your onward route back to the pub car park.
