Full club sessions aimed at improving swim technique by using swim drills within a structured training plan. On most Sundays 4pm - 5pm at The Pods, Scunthorpe.
Members who do not wish to be coached can still attend for the hour and use a none coached lane.
£2. 50 a session for members. None members can try two sessions as £2. 50 per session before we ask you to become a member. To take part in our swim sessions you must be able to demonstrate that you can swim at least 50 metres without stopping, touching the side or bottom of the pool in a recognised front stroke to the satisfaction of our coaches and need to be age 8 by the 31 December of the current year.
