In a bid to promote wellbeing and provide valuable support to individuals on their menopause journey, North Lincolnshire Council Healthy Lifestyles are excited to announce the launch of a series of FREE informative sessions. These sessions will cover a range of health and wellbeing themes crucial for those going through the menopause. The sessions will be conducted at various times and locations across North Lincolnshire, offering flexibility and accessibility for interested participants.
To sign up for the menopause support programme, interested individuals can visit the North Lincolnshire website here and select the "Wellbeing Support Form" tab.
Following this simple step, participants can expect to hear from our friendly staff, who will guide them through the registration process.
