10am-Meet at the Pods entrance for a gentle stroll through central park for some fresh air and beautiful scenery. This walk is fully accessible.

10. 45am- Everyone is welcome to stay at the pods cafe after the walk, to enjoy a social chat with fellow walkers.

Start your week right!

Join other adults from your community to engage in positive interaction through discussions around current affairs, local area knowledge, health and wellbeing advice and a dash of humour! A safe and welcoming space.

Situated inside the café at the Pods, the group is central to lots of other activities, so afterwards why not join new friends for a swim, or a trip to the gym? Ask one of the friendly team about membership packages.

All adults welcome, no need to book just come along.
