The kitchen is led by Chef Patron Slawomir Mikolajczyk, a former chef at the Michelin-starred Winteringham Fields. Dishes like lamb neck with beurre noisette cauliflower and truffle and white onion risotto with tahini onions showcase the kitchen’s creativity and attention to detail. Despite the high-end cuisine, the atmosphere remains relaxed and welcoming.
