About All Saints Church Winterton

All Saints Church is a Grade I listed landmark in Winterton, North Lincolnshire, dating back to before 1100. Its tower and high nave roof are visible from afar, offering a dramatic silhouette above the town.

Set on a slope overlooking the market place, the church also houses Winterton’s Heritage Centre. Visitors can enjoy medieval architecture, stained glass windows, and heritage displays in a welcoming space.

A recent £1.8 million restoration preserved the building while adding facilities like toilets, a commercial kitchen, and wheelchair access. The churchyard may predate the current structure, possibly dating to Anglo-Saxon times.
